I love this place and its workers, especially Adrian, he saved me a lot of time, headaches and money. I love this community, I recommend it 100%. Maintenance works satisfactorily and quickly (that's my biggest problem in other communities) although everything is in perfect maintenance, I called about a light bulb that flickers. They solved it instantly, thank you.

Living at The Carlo at Washington Apartments has been a fantastic experience. The new management is incredibly responsive and has really improved the community. My apartment is spacious and modern, with a large kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and central air. The patio/balcony is a great place to unwind. The location is ideal, with nearby parks, restaurants, and shops adding to the convenience. I love it here and highly recommend these apartments—5 stars!

I recently moved into The Carlo at Washington Apartments and I'm thrilled with my decision. The new management has made a noticeable difference, creating a welcoming and well-maintained community. The apartments feature spacious floor plans, modern finishes, large kitchen spaces, in-unit washer and dryer, central air, and a nice patio/balcony. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, parks, and local shops. Overall, The Carlo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend—5 stars!
